  • Where is Super Stock Located?

    We are located in Saddle Brook, NJ

  • Is Super Stock Wholesale an Authorized Distributor?

    While we are not brand-direct authorized distributors for every brand we carry, we only work with brand direct, or authorized distributors. We are authorized for a number of brands, and some may not be authorized for sale on E-Commerce. Please contact us regarding which brands are authroized. We are not liable for any issues regarding supply chain. Please view our Terms & Conditions.

  • Logistics: Shipping & Pickup

    All of our products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from Saddle Brook, NJ, which means the buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs and liabilities once the goods are on board the transport at our shipping point. Clients have the option to arrange for their own transportation for pickup if preferred.

  • Can I cancel/return an Order?

    Please note that all cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee once invoices are paid for. We encourage our customers to order carefully to ensure satisfaction and avoid any unnecessary charges. Your understanding and compliance with this policy are greatly appreciated.

  • Does Amazon Accept your invoice?

    Super Stock Wholesale LLC issues invoices solely as a record of sale and not for any specific purpose related to Amazon ungating. 

  • Amazon Ungating Policy

    Super Stock Wholesale LLC, as a supplier, disclaims any responsibility for the success or failure of Amazon ungating processes. The acceptance of our invoices by Amazon is subject to Amazon’s own criteria, including but not limited to the seller’s performance history and account health.

  • Can I sell your products on E-Commerce Marketplaces?

    Yes, Depending on the brand & line of product.Please review our terms & conditions prior. We do not take responsibility for Marketplace related issues.
